WC 4150 - upgrading Firmware - Invalid file name/path

I have the same issue but have been trying it from IE8 and it will not work.  Any other suggestions?

Thanks so much! Indeed, it neither liked IE9, nor Firefox.
Bringing in a laptop with IE8 did it.

i tried another browser and then it worked, or you can try compatibility mode?

Hello, I have recently acquired a Xerox WC 4150 (rev.01, manuf. 2008) and run into a problem upgrading the firmware.

Current Firmware: 10.100.42.002

Downloaded Firmware: 10.100.71.000

Method of upgrading FW: Via browser / network.

Problem: Whenever I choose the .hd file and click on "Install Software" a popup[ greets me with: "Invalid file name/path"

Any ideas? I have not found anything researching the problem.

Let me know if any specifics are needed and I will post them.
