We can't get into NVM settings on the forum, that isn't publically available information.

 

Update it to the latest firmware and see if you can then get into the address book, if all else fails, try another browser.

WC 4265 Address Book Issue

Hi, Im trying to add some users to the address book via web, but when I goes to address book tab, It shows the message "Please Wait.... LOADING" and its stay like that and I cant get to address book. If I go to the UI, I can save the user, however there its a lot of users, so Im trying to import a CSV to the address book, but just I said It keeps in a loop message.

 

I tried to initialized the NVM, but the MFP only has the Initiliazed All NVM Option. It doesnt have de NVM Options as Network, Copier, etc like others models of MFP. 

 

Any ideas?
