It appears the 5024 does not support SSL/TLS, unless there is a firmware update to add it (you would have to call Xerox to find out)
I tried and failed to find one though, but it appears the printer is not available in North America, and it looks really limited in your screenshot, there isn't even a status or Home tab, and the 3 tabs are in the wrong order from anything I have ever been in.
It would not be considered broken though, technically speaking, it doesn't list anywhere that I can find that SSL/TLS can be used for authentication with it.
