Hi Drake,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for the error 005-913 and make sure you have checked all the areas listed.  Power off for a full minute and then turn it back on.  If the error continues please consider contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.

WC 5024 error 005-913 - wrong DADF sensor?

Product Name: WorkCentre 5022/5024
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hello,

I coppied couple of papers and suddenly it stopped working and error 005-913 showed. Description of this error is: "CVT Invert Sensor Static JAM RAP Paper remains on the DADF Invert Sensor."

But there is no stuck paper. I opened the cover, cleaned everything (i think), but i keep getting this error.

Where exactly is the sensor? Or how can I reset the error?
