01.00.23 is the latest general firmware and it is right under the drivers on Xerox.com
There is a spar firmware that is version 01.00.28 that has a fix for the machine being unable to wake from deep sleep intermittently.
I do not have a link to that firmware though, you would need to contact Xerox by phone to get it.
As for disabling Sleep mode, that is not an option. You can't get Energy Saver certification for devices that can have the power saver disabled.
