So my boss came across this error when he was trying to use the Scan to Email option. When he would hit the green button, he told me that it would not feed the paper and spit out a copy limit error, unfortuantely he did not note or there wasn't any error code on the message. It happened intermitently as when I tried it, it worked flawlessly. So I don't know what it said exactly but what could potentially cause some issues?
I printed the Error History Report and it doesn't show anything for this day.
Is there an error log on the site for the printer or just on the printer itself?

As you indicated, intermittent issues can be difficult to identify.Your description also indicates that the message could have been anything and the user did not pay attention.
