the left one is the copy and the right one is the original and printed from the machine. we already cleaned mirrors and lamp.

Usually you can just change it from Auto to either Color or BW to gain some vibrance. (Auto on every service is worse than choosing yourself)

 

As for making changes to it, login as admin and go to:

Machine Status > Tools > Troubleshooting and run some calibrations

 

If that doesn't do enough.

Machine Status > Tools > Service Settings > Copy Service > Feature Defaults > Image Quality and boost some settings

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Want to ask help for this machine. Good printing quality from PC to printer
Not as good when scanning or copying. The output is dull and not as crisps as it used to be. we have already replace the CCD lens assembly but same issue. Did anybody face the same problem before? thanks
