We use Office365. Per Microsoft TLS reports the email address this printer uses (assigned only to this asset) is not send as TLS1.2 it is sending as TLS1.0.
Does the WorkCentre 7855 support TLS 1.2? I don't see anything relating to TLS1.2 in the settings. If so, how do I enable it? It is set to STARTTLS.
Attempted to upgrade the WC7855 firmware to see if they would enable TLS 1.2. Selected the built-in controller. There is one firmware upgrade to download, it is an older firmware version than the one I'm presently using. I'm on 073.040.086.15410 and the available one is 073.010.075.34540 (dated 06/16/2016). Am I missing something?
