Your version as of today is 6 versions older than the one I linked.

The MFP is running system software 073.200.075.34540 is this lower than the update your are linking?

Could be a hardened server (using SMB3), try the update since no settings are lost.

The print server is 2008 R2.

Server 2012 is on the server and and the firmware on the machine (I'm fairly sure) is 072.xxx.xxx.14201?

Try updating to the latest spar (073.200.136.34300) if you are on literally any other release and see if it goes away, because that was definitely a known issue, but I am not certain as to in what firmware, but I know it isn't in the latest you can grab here

I have a Xerox WC 7970 that scans to a share on our file server.  Any files larger than 64 Kb in size gives an error message on the copier display of “Deleted: Conflicting Job Settings - Invalid path specified.” Any files smaller than 64Kb are saved to the folder properly.
