At our company, we have a Xerox Workcentre 4150 that is working well, except in terms of sending scans to e-mail.
Usually, it is working well for a bunch of time (weeks) but then it stops sending e-mails. Only a reboot makes it work again. Sometimes we have to do a software reset for it to work.
Is anyone here experiencing the same? How can I troubleshoot this?
Information from the printer's SNMP MIB's:
