WC4150 Scanning to Mailbox fails after some time

Hello everyone,

 

At our company, we have a Xerox Workcentre 4150 that is working well, except in terms of sending scans to e-mail.

 

Usually, it is working well for a bunch of time (weeks) but then it stops sending e-mails. Only a reboot makes it work again. Sometimes we have to do a software reset for it to work.

 

Is anyone here experiencing the same? How can I troubleshoot this?

 

Information from the printer's SNMP MIB's:

SNMPv2-MIB::sysDescr.0 = STRING: Xerox WorkCentre 4150; System Software 10.100.71.000, Main Controller 1.01.07.10, Network Controller 2.01.71.02, IOT 1.00.28, UI 0.030
.33.007, Document Feeder 1.02, Tray2 1.00.00, IH 0.00.01

 

So, I am using its latest version.
