If it is pulling the 8.5x11 from the two bottom trays, it will always come out portrait.
You would have to load the 8.5x11 in to one of the upper trays, as landscape, in order to get the paper to pass through it that way.
When we scan mixed size orginal 8.5 x 11 with 8.5 x 14 the letter size paper comes 90 degree rotated. Client claims that 5865 was not doisng so.
Any idea or solution.
