WC7120 Exchange 2013 Scanning Issue

You need to drop the StartTLS in the relay, the 7120 does not support SHA-2 and Exchange 2013 does not support SHA-1. They are completely incompatible.

That is the same reason you can no longer use Gmail or Office365 and the 7120.

Hi All,

One of our clients having 4 WC7120 machines.Before they are using Exchange 2003 , and its working fine without any authentication.

Now they shifted to Exchange 2013 Server and its giving error 027-504, Invalid SMTP servers reponse without any authentication as previous 2003 Server.

Now,when I tried wiAuthentication with ithout specifying any mode its giving error - 027-778,No mode specified by SMTP-AUTH

When I put SSL/TLS with Authentication giving error - 017-714 , Smtp over ssl failed.

When we put STARTTLS with Authentication giving error - 027-778 , No mode specified by SMTP-AUTH

We created the connector for server to send from this printer IP as given in the link below

We are using the firmware 71.23.83

Telnet and xerox setting are included.

Please reply we you guys have any suggestions
