what firmware is currently installed? what other problems do you have?

The unit was installed in September, FAX's were able to be sent. We had a number of other issues (and still do) and multiple software updates were done. We have been unable to send FAX''s for some time

is this a new install? or do you had the device and now this occurs?

We have a WC 7556 and are unable to send FAX's. It negotiates and then goes into 'pause' and eventually fails. In almost every instance, we call the receiving end and they advise that they are receiving FAX's from others with out any problem.

Secondlevel support has been of little assitance other than to verify that our machine settings are correct. The service technicians have also been of little assistance. Does anyone have any suggestions?
