Hello Mothy,

I recently heard that a work around for this type of scanning issue is to use AirPrint to scan. HERE are the steps to set it up. If this still doesn't work, I would recommend contacting the Support Department for more assistance

Waiting for Scanner - unable to scan since upgrade to catalina

Product Name: WorkCentre 6605
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am unable to scan using my 6605 since upgrading to Catalina. I can still print and it appears to be a scanner driver issue. The MFD is an excellent device and is not worn out so I want to be able to use it! Has anyone found any firmware update that works to enable scanning?
