Walk up scanning: Phaser 8560

I am trying to get the scan to PC function working on the computers on our network.  It works just fine with Windows XP machines but I am having problems with Windows 7.  The scan utility is installed and the MFP sees the computer but when it is selected the MFP seems to get stuck on "searching for templates".  I have adjusted the firewall settings on the computer as advised on the KB.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for creating a template and make sure you have set up the template correctly.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
