We are running x4 WC 7435's.
We have approv 60+ users connecting to these scanners just fine.
One user cannot access the scanner folders though.
When using Xerox Stored File Manager 3
they can Select Scanner and see all 4 scanners.
When selecting any of them and then Select Folder, regardless of scanner or folder chosen they get:
Unable to connect to the scanner with the WebDav Protocol.
I have tried lots of things and Im at a loss as to why the problem only occurs with this one user.
The PC is Windows 7 64bit (fully up to date)
It is running all the WebDav \ IIS settings the same as other Win7 64bit PC's that work.
The programs are permitted through the Windows firewall.
Can anyone think of anything? Also logged to Tech Support but waiting on that reply. If I get anything I will post here too so others who may have the same issue can see...
Any takers? Unfortunately I never got a reply from Xero Tech Support at all. Not even a line.
I still do not know why this workstation is the only one with a WebDav error and short of trying everything else, there seems only one option to try which is a complete reinstall but that comes with its own set of problems too.

If no one here on the forum can offer a solution you will need to contact your local support centre again and see if you can get information or an onsite visit to resolve your issue.
