I have looked up the fault code and the solution recommends powering off the printer and contacting support: http://www.support.xerox.com/support/8560MFP/support/en_US.html?objGUID=3407
Please call 1-800-835-6100 and they should be able to assist you.
My Phaser 8560MFP has stopped printing and is displaying the following message:
System Error 07,010.43:194937
The entire lower portion of the printer's icon, that's everything below the scanner lid, on the LCD display is flashing.
When I power it on it gets to about 15% warm up then stops and displays this message.
When I log into the printer with my web browser under the Status Tab it shows Printer Error in Red
Anyone know what's going on?
