Try powering the machine down, wait 10 seconds and power it back up. This allows the printer to reset itself.

Hello.
When I press COPY it says:
"The UI is not being displayed correctly. Restart your task from the Home Screen. Press Home button to go back to Home. Contacts to service if the problem persists."
As suggested on the forum I entered to the Diagnostic mode and reset Memory but it didn't help.
And there are no any specific fault codes.
Do you have any ideas?
