Where can I change password for Xerox 6279 FTP scanning?

In the Xerox 6279 Copy/Scan User Guide there is a section for working with Scanning documents.  In this section (section 3) on page 6, you will find the heading "Mailbox Passwords" and the instructions for changing a password begin at the bottom of the page.  Once you click on the link above and the User Guide opens, you can get to this page faster if you just type in 76 for the actual page number.  There are 216 total pages and you should be able to see that in the menu bar near the top of the page.  Simply type 76 in the box just to the right of the blue up and down arrows and then press enter.  This will take you right to the correct page and at the bottom you will see where the Mailbox Password heading is.

I'm having an issue with a Xerox 6279. I'm logging into the Web Printer Management Tool. Going to Configuration, then Scanner. I'm editing an existing mailbox and the FTP User Name is listed as "Scan". Can someone tell me where this ID was created or where I can change the password?

I looked everywhere on the FTP server, but can't seem to find any documentation on it. Also the person who did know it is no longer with the company.
