SMB3 is the issue. The older devices do not support it. So if you have a printer that cannot do it, and there is no longer firmware in development (the 7232 hasn't had an update since 2013, the 4150 I have no idea, sorry) then you need to change how Windows handles it, or setup a NAS drive for Win 10 users to access their scans
