Was that for TWAIN , WIA, USB, SMB or FTP scanning?

Windows 7 update blocking scan function

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Windows 7 updates of February 2017 (one of them) contain a error which blocks the scan function on the xerox 3315.  This was not

resolved by a later update for the 3315 by Windows. The solution is to delete both of those and restart your machine.
