I have an older model Brother MFC and I've always been able to scan my documents wirelessly straight to my laptop into a folder inside the Brother software for which the software set everything up.
I purchased the 6027 with the assumption that it offered this same feature however it seems as if this is not an option with the 6027. Unless I'm missing something, it appears that scanning to my laptop is only available through a usb cord (not an option), usb thumbdrive, scan to email, or scan to network folder. I don't have a network set up as it is a home office so I wouldn't know how to scan to network folder.
Can someone give me some clarity on this?
