With duplex scan black stripes upright left

The bar is about 1 cm wide completely from top to bottom left side and then maybe from 3 cm away from the edge ...
I had previously inserted a piece of paper in the ADF that the scanner would not pull out, then I noticed the paper was hanging around inside. I couldn't just pull out the paper, wanted to pull it got tangled, had to lift the flap on the left of the ADF to get the paper out. Maybe there is a scrap because the paper was torn in the upper left corner. Can me help?? i like my Printer/Scanner...!

I found an article that will help you with cleaning the scanner glass and clearing any paper that may still be stuck in the feeder.
