I searched our knowledge base and found this article for when colors are off when printing. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

I am trying to copy an Excel document with light grey backgound shaded fields in color. It wont copy the light grey background shaded fields, but it will print the darker blue backgound shaded fields. Any ideas? I tried darkening the image without success.
