Great that you got it working! :)
Did learn a thing myself there, auto detect, thx.
OMG... Sorry about the wild goose chase.... So here's what happens- when its set to auto detect paper, you dont get the option to pick a double staple....but select one of the trays(tray 3 A4) and the option then becomes available..... Thanks for the help guys
Hey!
Hmm, ok.
Then I do have a wild guess, could it be that the tray you use when copying does feed the paper with short edge first?
What happens if you choose the same tray that you have when printing?
Thanks!
Right so i've got one machine on 060.090.009.23712
And i've a machine on 061.090.220.19700
Neither of them have the option to double staple when copying... It will do it when printing if you select the double staple....
Thanks
Heya!
Seems like this was a problem with older firmware, should have been fixed in 061.090.220.19700, which firmware do you have?
Thanks!
Hey!
if you press the grayed-out button, what does it say?
You should get an explanation on just why its grayed out.
I would guess that the wrong output-tray is selected when copying.
Thanks!
Hi, First post-
I've had a user ask me how come they can double staple a print job to the above machine, but they only have a single staple option when they copy.... the 2 staple option seem to be grayed over.... Anybody ever seen this before? I automatically assumed that it had the same copying options as printing but i cant seem to find a switch to turn on the 2 staple option on copy...Gary
