if you attempt to use only the ip address on the addres bar this should be enough. The browser will try to find the correct port. If you are sure http://ip and https:/ip do not work, you can try:
http://www.support.xerox.com/support/WC4150/support/en_US.html?objGUID=3667
Before all that try a different browser. Use Chrome or Firefox to attempt accept. Just to make sure its not certificate issues.
The http port was set to 443 in the webconsole. Now the webconsole can't be accessed anymore. Does anyone know how to change the port back to 80. I can't find this setting on the printerconsole.
