Are you able to receive faxes on this machine? I saw in the subject line you can't - but no where in your body it says that. If you could not send or receive faxes I would have the line checked. It would be the first step to troubleshooting this error.
Also, make sure the line is a dedicated analog line.

When trying to send, it will try to send for an extended period of time with a message of "Waiting for line" it eventually comes back with this error message. I see that it's listed as Error Correct, but cannot find any information regarding what this could be isolated to. The fax number appears correct.
