Work Center 6015 ni not scanning

How do I do that? Is there an easy way? Is there a program I can download to fix this or make it usable?

Some people have had problems with win 8, it should be fixed but

If you cannot get it working on win 8, I would recommend using FTP.

I just bought mine a week ago and can't scan either. I can print no problem but it will not scan at all. I have spent hours trying to get it to work or find an answer. NOT happy :(

I have recently bought the xerox 6015ni and i can not for the life of me get it to scan to my wiondows 8 pc.  I have installed ALL of the software and none of it recognizes the printer.  i have added as shared fold to the addess book on the printer to go that route and it will not log in.  I need help so i can scan pdf to my pc.  this has been the most difficult machine to get to scan.

I got pass throught the establishing connnection issue by reinstalling Workcenter. However the scanner is still not responding.

I can ping printer and I am not sure what u mean by configuration page.

Print off a configuration page and make sure the IP address that is on the configuration page matches under the Ports settings under the properties of the printer. You also should be able to make sure you can ping the device from your computer - might need to reconfigure the wireless section if you cannot ping the device.

I am havning trouble with scanner. After I setup my scanner as mannual and reboot, when I turn on the Windows Fax and Scan. .Tthe program pops a message "Establishing connection with Xerox 6015NI and does not progress". Please Help.

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Printer is connected via wireless.

PC is connected via wire.

PC's firewall is completely off.

Has setup a folder to share eveeryone

Everyone is also given full security permission as well.

File sharing password protection has been turned off.

Edit: Just notice that when I log off/shut down PC, I need to force close application called "Xerox scanner templete delet...."
