I configuring WorkCenter 7845i for Scan to Mailbox. All accounts and mailbox folders created on WorkCenter.
Usually when I press Workflow Scanning on Touch UI and entering user id and password, opens "Pick a Workflow" screen to choose templates or mailbox folders.
Question is, that this screen is not opening every time. The most time I get screen of scan settings, with default template and no "browse" button is avelible for choosing mailbox folder.
Please help to solve the issue.

That was an odd bug that showed up in one of the firmwares (Cannot remember which one) and only happened occasionally.
You can get by it by going to Filing Options > Update Templates and you will then get the browse button back, or will be able to get the welcome screen via exiting and going back in to Workflow scanning.

Just one question: Currently 073.040.075.34540 version is installed on our WC. Can we downgrade new version (per your recommendation) to current one in case of new version does not solve our issue?
While I can't fathom a reason you would want to downgrade the answer is yes, all 073 releases can be installed normally (downgrade or upgrade)
