Thank you Joe for your prompt response. The pilot has been the same both of the printings. So I've proceeded with the calibration, but the result is the same. :(

Word doesn't handle color properly.

Different drivers will output drastically different color (PS vs PCL)

The stock may be different, or loaded incorrectly (cardstock instead of plain etc)

Machine is out of calibration (Machine status > Tools > Troubleshooting > Calibration)

I have printed a Word text document that I have revised and the blue colour titles are not the same colour than the first printing I had made of the document some time ago.

I wonder if there is a real problem or if the machine just needs a good clean up. Thanks.
