Could someone suggest, how to solve this issue?
WorkCentre 3025 is refusing to set up network scan ("Scan to PC" option). Scanning _from_ a computer works fine. Selecting 'Scan to' menu on the printer results in 'Not available' message. Printer web interface doesn't show anything related to its Scan or Fax options. Xerox Easy Printer Manager (native Mac app) does show something for Scan and Fax, but fails to change anything ('Communication error' message), after which it freezes, so it has to be killed (Mac menu => Force quit).
To make matters even more interesting, Xerox support website does not recognise the printer serial number, so I cannot email support. This is pretty much my last option to write to someone :)
