WorkCentre 3210 Document feeder jam

The document feeder on my WorkCentre 3210 jams very frequently.  It often jams trying to feed a single piece of paper.  The paper has no wrinkles or folds and is a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.  The sliding alignment guides are set to LTR.

The grey rollers on the feeder do seem to have some wrinkles in them as if they are dried out or something.  Could this be the problem?  If so, how could I get new rollers?
