Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for installing the scanning software on Windows 7 and make sure you have followed all the steps. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Finally I found the solution of this problem after searching on Google for a long time, please see it below:
now you finished & the Scanner program will start automatically when the Windows Start-up.

Glad you got it working, though having the employee know the admin passwords sounds a bit unsafe?
I suggest you add an exception to UAC for this particular program instead, if that sounds like a good idea you can have a look HERE and HERE. Doing as this you will at most need a shortcut for the user to use, no password.

Thanks a lot for your kind support, but it didn't work with me, it works only with the Local Admin when i choosed Local Users group, but it didn't work with Domain Users or even Local Users.
