Hi, I have the same problem, I set up the centreware internet option but when i click on the fax to pc doenst ask me the ip address of the computer i need the fax been receive forward, please help me/

Hello, I need help to setup the same thing but in a defirent printer My Xerox is 7830 Workcenter

Could you please help me configuring these 2 options ?

1. I would like to receive all fax in one shared folder

2. I would like that users can use the printer to send fax from theyr computer, no need to go to the printer in order to send a fax.

Is it printing the actual fax or a confirmation page including the image of the fax? If the latter, turn off confirmations.

Hi,

We just bought WC 3215 machine. We configured the fax receive to forward to PC only. forward to fax is disabled and forwardandprint is also disabled. When we receive a fax, it still prints it. Any idea why and how to stop it from printing?
