WorkCentre 3220 Copy source "Auto" size not working

Hi CherylO at Xerox. I too have searched for this information and it doens't exist, unless you know soemthing we do not....

If the only option is to call Xerox Support and request a billable then please let us know. We have two of these printers doing the exact same thing. It appears to be inherit in the printer.......

Tell me we don't have to change the printer????????

Thanks. I have not resolved this problem. I had already searched the online knowledgebase but found no resolution to this problem. I will try to search again, and will contact Xerox support if I still cannot resolve the issue.

Installing new unit. I have set Copy-Paper Source to Auto. Tray 1 is set as Letter, Tray 2 set as Legal. Reduce/Enlarge is at 100%. When I copy a legal sized original, it prints on letter size paper, with bottom chopped off.  If I go into System Setup and change paper source to Tray 2 (legal), then all copies come out on legal regardless of original size. Fax source is also set to auto and incoming legal faxes print on legal paper automatcially. Please tell me how I can get this machine to make a legal size copy from a legal size original without changing the Setup option for every copy!
