I want to scan to usb from a WorkCentre 3220, however, when I insert the USB it says it has no space available. It sais then available space 0kb. So, I can't scan to USB. I also tried to print from USB and couldn't do it. I tried several USB devices and they work fine on my computer, so I'm sure they are not broken. I formatted one of them according to suggestions from the User Guide, but same sitation happens. Any idea on how to solve this issue?
