WorkCentre 3220 and scan to email confirmation

Can you give me the detail instruciont on disable confirmation report setting for fax forwarding?

My workcertre 3220 use firmware version 2.50.00.99

I have this set up correctly for one time but after I change the receive e-mail account the confirmation report start to pint again. I go through every menu item to turn off all the report but the confirmation report still keep printed

Fabio, I'm assuming the firmware can be found on the Drivers and Downloads page - version 2.50.00.95.

Hello,

you need the latest spar firmware for this, its has been resolved 

release note : The Email Confirmation report was always printed with Fax Forward to Email jobs. It is now controlled by the Confirmation Report setting in Email setup.

Hello all,

I looked almost everywhere and I can't find how to disable this option. This machine after accomplishing of a scan and sending it to an apropriate user is printing a confirmation report!

It's a waste of paper and time! Is there a posibility to disable it?
