WorkCentre 3325 DNI Faxes Stuck in Memory

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

One of the 3325 we have received a bunch of faxes and somehow was set to use the bypass tray to print them.  I can't get the faxes to clear and even though there is now paper in the bypass tray, they aren't printing and on the printer webpage it just says that it's processing the image for the 1st fax receive job.  It won't allow me to delete any of the Fax jobs and says "Some errors were reported. The requested job was already removed." and we know they were not printed.

 

Other than setting it back to factory and reconfiguring it again, what can I do?
