Thank you Cheryl,
Another thing I learned is, when I turn off the machine, my supplies assistant (Xerox eConcierge) does not receive status from my machine any longer. I received an email from Xerox eConcierge saying that my lifetime service would be suspended if they did not receive any status from the machine. So actually, I have to leave the machine turned on, or lose my lifetime service that I have through Xerox eConcierge.
Hi markbet,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. I leave mine in sleep mode. I only have need to print about once a week so I just let it sleep. I would suggest sleep mode so that it will be online and available when you want or need to print.
I ended up purchasing the Workcentre 3325 DNI.
My question is, if the machine sits for extended periods of time, is it better to leave the power turned on, and let it go into sleep mode, or is it best to just turn the power off? I did not know if it hurts anything to just leave it in sleep mode. What I mean by extended periods of time is a few days. Until my wife gets her office up and going full time, we only use it a couple times a week.
markbet,
You can find information at the following link http://www.office.xerox.com/multifunction-printer/multifunction-over-30ppm/workcentre-3315-3325/enus.... However, what kind of volume and what are your expectations for your new machine? That may let us better determine if this is indeed the correct machine for you..
Thank you,
Jordan

I am seriously looking at the WorkCentre 3325 DNI for a very small office setting. I need the multitask type printer for the sake of saving space and convenience.
Anyone have information relating to this model of printer?
Is this a fairly new model?
Any suggestions or information would greatly be appreciated.
