WorkCentre 3335 SMB scan settings

Hi all,

When I use SMB scan with some prefix, the setting If File Already Exists by default is Append a Number to Name, but after prefix035 the scanner returns an error. It works fine with Append Date  & Time to Name.

My question is: Can I keep this setting (Append Date  & Time to Name) by default and do not have to choose it every time? Or can I use prefix like doc_YYYY/MM/DD or something?

I think it can be done by changing the File name to contain %m%d%y

 

So DOC%m%d%y would end up like Doc-07-25-2017.pdf, or similar at least.

i tried:

%d%m%y

%DD%MM%YYYY

YYYYMMDD

YYYY-MM-DD

None of them worked.
