I have a WorkCentre 3345 that was recently purchased. Lately some users have been having trouble scanning to a network location. Any attempt to scan to that destination is initiates a reboot on the machine. The machine was working flawlessly before, but suddenly started this. Any ideas on what could be causing this. No network settings or paths have changed.
