I'm having the same problem. Scan to and email function stopped working. No matter what SMTP server settings I put in or even if I select auto detect SMTP server settings it still gives me an error saying check your SMTP settings or job deleted due to conflicting paths. I already updated the firmware to no avail.
Please update the device with the latest system software version at the link below and report back to this forum.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I've tried configuring myself as a contact in the address book and the error still occurs. I've tried this with other people as well and get the same result. It's only an issue when there's one recipient. I can do it with two recipients and it works whether or not I add them from the address book or enter them manually. The only theory I can come up with is that there's some kind of hardware/software malfunction in the device that's manifesting in this way without any rhyme or reason.
If it is only that one email address, have you made sure that email is configured in the Network Address Book?
I'm having an issue with my school's WorkCentre 3345. I attempt to scan a document and send it to my school email, but it fails. I get the error message, "The job was deleted - destination 'To' address not configured." If I scan to my same email and another email, the job succeeds and I receive the scan. I've tried different email addresses other than mine and I have the same issue. The problem only ocurrs when I try to scan to a single recipient. I have no problem scanning to 2 or more recipients. I verified the network/SMTP settings and everything seems to be configured correctly. The issue appears to originate from the device itself. At this point, I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
