To use the Scan to function you need to set an entry in the Address book that coincides with an FTP or SMB share on your PC/LAN.

WorkCentre 3345 won't scan to computer.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I punch scan and it says the address book is empty. Then I try to add the device and it says address book is empty.

Why doesn't it see the computer that it is attached to? So I can't scan any documents to my computer.
