Thank you very much for the prompt reply. It defintely was not in the full locked posistion but with cycling that switch and cleaning the glass its working now.
will update if problem return but looks like problem solved.
Recieveing an error message : Scanner Error when tring to scan from Document Feeder or Glass. Also recieve the same error on scan to email. I have cycled the pwer and went throug almost all settings to veify nothing has changed.
