WorkCentre 3550 Scan to E-Mail fails

Hello all,

 

If you are reading this - Thanks for taking the time to review my problem.

 

Every time I scan to e-mail , the job status fails with little information.

 

I have two different SMTP server address options and both are failing.

 

Any ideas? Please tell me where to look and I'll be happy to provide more information if needed.
