Hello,

I am using model 6027 and we have the same issue.

However we do not have a scans default setting in our properties. Please advise how to fix this?Screen Shot 2020-01-14 at 10.58.08.png

Re: WorkCentre 3615 Scanning Issue

Yes, put the IP address in the address bar of your web browser.

It should have been how scan was setup in the first place.

Once on the page go to Properties (Top of screen)

Then on the left tree menu Scan > Scan Defaults

Joe,

How do I get to that screen? From the IP address? As far as I can tell we don't have any WorkCentre software on the computer.

I think you have no choice for Tiff, but you should for the others

WorkCentre 3615 Scanning Issue

Product Name: WorkCentre 3615

We have a WorkCentre 3615 and are having a minor issue with the scanning to a network location. It scans fine, goes to the location fine, but it creates a new folder and puts the scanned document into the new folder everytime. The folder and document name are the exacty same. It's not a huge deal, but it's a bit of annoyance to clear through all these folders. Is there a reason it doesn't just scan the document? I haven't been able to find anything in the settings for this. Thanks in advance for any help.;
