1) I am not aware of a way to save documents at this particular model, WorkCentre 4150.
2) and 3) Please go to the support page for your WorkCentre 4150 and search on Accounting. There is an internal auditron and Xerox Standard Accounting. I think either will work for you.
4) Equitrac is a possibility.

Three questions areas to address here.
1-Can we save 10 or so files on the HD to print at need from the 4150 console. how.
2-Can we setp a pass code for each of say 28 users. Can it be 3 digit (if not what)
3-Is there a good support diagram to setup Accounting to check and track billing/usage.
Kind of a 4th question or part of the 3rd.
Would Equitrac or something like that be needed, or when would it be used.
