WorkCentre 4150 sents scanned files through several emails

1. From a computer, open the CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) window. See the Related Items below for additional information. The main CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
2. Click on the [Properties] tab. A list of available items will be displayed on the left side of the window.
3. Click on [Connectivity], and then click on [Protocols].
4. Click on [SMTP Server]. The SMTP Server window will be displayed.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Options section. Select the required size from the Maximum Message Size (Message and Attachment) field. The size can be from 1 MB to 10MB.
6. Click on [Apply].
7. If prompted for the Administrator login, type: admin in the Username field, enter the current Administrator password in the Password field, then click on [OK].
   
   NOTE: The username is case sensitive. If you do not know the system password, contact your System Administrator. The initial system password at machine install is '1111'. If the Administrator encounters a problem with changing the password, or forgets the password, a service call must be placed.
   
   
8. Close the browser window.

Go to this link, go to step step 11 and check the image. At the bottom you will see an option "Max Message Size".

Change the size to the maximum size that your SMTP server can accept. Normally10MB

We have a 4150 and we use it to scan multi-page files into PDF and send the PDF through email. The problem is that 4150 automatically cuts the file into several PDFs and sends them one PDF per email. Then we have use Adobe Pro to put them together. Does anyone here know how we can let the the machine scan the file into just one PDF file? Thanks.
