Hi Kaika 313,

Please check the publication dates on the documents.  The one you are referencing is from 2014 and the one Joe is referencing is from 2016.  It may well be the difference is European release of the product versus North American release.  Here in North America there has never been any mention of PDF/A.  You will need to contact support in your local area to explore what is possible on the Italy release of the WorkCentre 4265.

Which is odd since I am direct linking the same documents on Xerox.com and they do not list it.

Try calling support in Italy, if they can't find the feature on their device, return the machine for a full refund due to false advertising.

I don't think it's a tranlation problem... The english version says the same...

Looks like Xerox in Italy mistranslated the document.

The English version of that same document does not list it.

Or the Italian version has features the North American does not. So in that case, I would contact Xerox in Italy by phone, as far as I know they don't have a forum for Europe.

What brochure is that screenshot from?

PDF/a is not listed in the 4 page summary brochure.

And I don't see it in the bigger 9 page full spec brochure.

It isn't listed on the online spec sheet either.

Also not in the User Guide

Hello,

we have recently bought a WorkCentre 4265.

As you can see from the image taken from the official Xerox brochure, one of the possible file format for scan is PDF/A and this is one of the main reason we took this machine. But... I cannot find this option anywhere... Can you help me find it?
