After I'd updated Citrix (which changed to FTPS protocol), I can print from my network but I cannot scan into my network. I went to my account's File Repository Setup to verify that the password and network ftp is correct and it was. However, there is no option of FTPS, only FTP. I cannot change Citrix from its more secure FTPS to the less secure FTP. Could this be the reason I cannot scan? How can I fix this?
